The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in health law particularly transactional matters and regulatory compliance and will thrive in a sophisticated fast-paced practice serving an established healthcare client base.

Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients on a broad array of health law transactional matters and state/federal regulatory issues.
- Defend clients in insurance carrier audits and support hospital credentialing and compliance matters.
- Build and expand your personal book of business while leveraging the firm s well-developed platform.
- Develop and maintain strong trusted client relationships.
- Provide leadership to attorneys and support staff within the practice group.
- Collaborate across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- 10 years of health law experience with a significant focus on transactional matters.
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and support business development initiatives.
- Prior supervisory or team-leadership experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills exceptional time management and a committed work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits:

- Target Hiring Range: $200000 $300000 (commensurate with experience skills and existing book of business)
