Job Profile Overview
We are looking for an intern who will assist the marketing and events team with planning coordination presentations and documentation. The role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in developing briefs for upcoming events and brand activations.
- Create and structure presentations for client meetings and internal use.
- Assist the team with event operations coordination and on-ground support.
- Maintain project trackers reports and other documentation.
- Help in preparing post-event and performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing proposals and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in marketing events and brand activations.
