A leading financial services institution is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to support large-scale projects and transformation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance vision with practical delivery ensuring a smooth transition minimal disruption and maximum adoption across the business.
Key Duties
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives.
- Assess stakeholders and define sponsorship involvement and communication approaches.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with change adoption.
- Design and drive communication strategies to promote engagement and buy-in.
- Integrate change management activities seamlessly into project plans.
- Support leaders through structured change methodologies.
- Develop and contribute to training interventions that support behavioural and operational change.
- Monitor progress define success metrics and ensure sustained adoption of change initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree (Honours preferred) in Human Sciences or a related field; Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration advantageous.
- 48 years experience in people-centred change management within a project environment.
- Proven experience managing change in large corporate or financial institutions ideally on compliance or regulatory projects.
- In-depth knowledge of recognised change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the financial services environment including relevant legislation and regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
- Resilient adaptable and solutions-driven with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
