Position : Lead AI Product Architect & Full-Stack Builder

Working Schedule : 8a-5p MST

Salary Range : $3000$4000 CAD Monthly Starting Base ($2149-$2865 USD Monthly) Growth Potential: Scaling to $5000$6000 CAD Monthly ($3853-$4298 USD Monthly) based on product revenue & performance (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

The Vision & Opportunity

We are a pre-revenue startup building a next-generation CRM software company from scratch (Zero to One). We are not looking for a traditional employee who waits for instructions. We are looking for a Vibe Coder and Technical Architect who treats this product like their own.

This role is a hybrid of a Full-Stack Engineer AI Automation Specialist and Product Designer. You will use modern AI tools (Cursor Lovable Replicate) to speed up development allowing you to build in one week what used to take a month. You will have total creative freedom to architect the system build the backend and design the sales funnels.

Core Responsibilities (The Hybrid Skill Set)

A. AI-First SaaS Development (Vibe Coding)

• Requirement: You must be proficient in using AI-assisted coding tools to rapidly prototype and deploy functional web apps.
• Tools: Expert-level use of Lovable Replicate Cursor v0 and Claude/OpenAI APIs.
• Goal: Build the proprietary software layer of our business. You need to understand Prompt Engineering to instruct AI models to write clean usable code.

B. CRM Architecture (GoHighLevel Ecosystem)

• Requirement: Deep technical understanding of GoHighLevel (GHL). You arent just a user; you are a developer on the platform.
• Goal: Build complex Snapshots custom automation logic and integrate our external SaaS product directly into GHL via API.

C. Backend Engineering & API Integration

• Requirement: Strong coding fundamentals are required. You must understand how data moves between systems.
• Goal: Connect our AI Agents the CRM and our SaaS product. You must be able to write and debug code (Python JSON) when the AI tools hit their limit.

D. Automation & AI Agents

• Requirement: Mastery of (Integromat) and n8n.
• Goal: Build autonomous AI Agents that can handle customer support sales tasks and data processing without human input.

E. Creative Design & UX (The Bonus)

• Requirement: A Creative Eye. Ability to build visually stunning Sales Funnels and User Interfaces.
• Goal: Ensure the product doesnt just work well but looks professional and sells itself.

The Tech Stack (Must-Haves)

• AI Dev: Cursor Lovable Replicate OpenAI/Anthropic API
• Low-Code/Automation: n8n Zapier Webhooks
• Platform: GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Core Coding: Javascript/ Python REST APIs

Candidate Profile & Location Strategy

• Target Locations: Latin America The Philippines India Malaysia or Indonesia
• Experience Level: 5 years in the same or similar position (Senior/Lead Independent Contributor)
• Personality: A Hacker mindset. Someone who loves the chaos of a startup and wants to build something new rather than maintaining old legacy code
• Language: Must have high-proficiency English (technical and conversational) to collaborate on complex product logic

Compensation & Growth Structure

• Starting Salary: $3000 - $4000 CAD per month (strict maximum for base salary)
• Performance Incentives: As the product gains traction and revenue the compensation will scale to $5000 - $6000 CAD/month.
