As a Paid Social Media Manager youll bring eBays brand to life across social platforms through meaningful data-driven campaigns that connect with diverse audiences and deliver measurable results.
Working within the EU Brand & Media team youll partner with colleagues across eBay as well as with agencies and platform partners to transform creative ideas and strategic storytelling into high-performing social activations. Youll help shape regional campaigns that reflect eBays global brand visionensuring consistency collaboration and shared success across marketswhile driving innovation experimentation and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute inclusive and effective paid social strategies that support marketing and business goals across the full customer journeyfrom awareness to conversion.
Plan launch and manage social campaigns across multiple platforms ensuring efficient budget use and alignment with key performance goals.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance turning insights into action to continuously improve results and scale impact.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams media planners brand partners and agencies to ensure alignment transparency and smooth execution.
Test and learn: run A/B and multivariate tests to identify what resonates mostacross creative audiences and bidding strategiesand apply those findings in future campaigns.
Champion innovation: explore emerging platforms tools and formats to keep eBays paid social presence fresh relevant and ahead of trends.
4 years of experience in paid digital media including at least 3 years focused on paid social (e.g. Meta TikTok Pinterest Snapchat Reddit).
A strong grasp of social advertising platform capabilities audience insights and evolving industry trends.
Validated experience running and optimizing campaigns with a data-informed test-and-learn approach.
Excellent collaboration skillscomfortable working in a cross-functional multicultural environment with diverse partners.
Analytical approach and attention to detail with the ability to translate data into clear actionable recommendations.
Strong communicator and relationship builder able to influence and align across teams with empathy and clarity.
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
