Job Summary
We have an opportunity for a Field Service Engineer - DCS to join us at Honeywell in Asker where you will be responsible for performing maintenance audits configuration programming installation/commissioning upgrades and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS TPS/TDC300). Your time will be spent validating customer requests developing maintaining improving customer relationships upgrades migration planning and execution all while ensuring Right and Fast Delivery. This is a field-based role covering clients in Asker and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities
- Promote the LSS (Life Cycle Service & Support) business and drive the Services business growth and profitability with customer satisfaction and safety record
- Delivery of the support services to customers respecting global standards and processes
- Comprehend customer needs and resolve issues through technical knowledge
- Knows customers site and contacts and uses Honeywell support network to provide excellent service and quality to customer
- Focus on customer growth and development and identify service business opportunities in the customers installed base
Key skills and qualifications
- Previous experience within service engineering and distributed control systems engineering
- Experience with Experion PKS Hardware & Software in addition to Hiway TDC & TPS system experience including LCN UCN and Hiway equipment along with PC/Networking experience
- Awareness of electronic systems (installation / configuration / implementation)
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer handling skills with language skills in both English and Norwegian
- Full Driving License
