Are you ready to kick-start your career in a global offshore and subsea company We are looking for motivated and curious Graduates / Project Engineers to join our Engineering team in Haugesund. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience build a strong understanding of marine operations and develop a solid foundation as a Project Engineer. The positions will primarily focus on Mooring Subsea Construction and Decommissioning but may also involve work within IMR SURF and Offshore Wind.
We have recently moved into our offices in the brand new Caiano building at Smedasundet creating a great environment for collaboration and future growth and are now looking for you to join us on this journey.

As a Graduate Engineer in DOF youll be at the forefront of marine operations
Our Graduate programme is a two-year programme where the goal is to give you a strong foundation as a Project Engineer.
As part of our engineering department you will plan and execute marine operations in the Atlantic Region and support projects in other regions with good support in a positive innovative environment with highly educated and skilled colleagues.
You will:
- Support and deliver complex subsea projectsfrom planning and procedures to offshore executionensuring safe efficient and high-quality results
- Own technical packages and act as the key interface with clients bringing innovation and precision to every challenge
- Drive compliance and continuous improvement by aligning with DOFs high standards client expectations and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and offshore personnel
- Gain exposure to projects from early-phase planning through offshore execution
- Be supported by a dedicated mentor and experienced colleagues
We only hire a limited number of graduates each year to ensure you receive the attention support and development you need. We focus on your individual strengths and aim to create a positive start so you feel confident and settled from day one. You will have the opportunity to go offshore early in the programme to gain first-hand experience on our vessels and being part of the team delivering operations.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who is proactive and eager to learn flexible and open to new challenges and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
In addition you have:
- A relevant technical education bachelors or masters degree (e.g. engineering marine subsea or similar)
- An interest in the offshore and maritime industry
- An interest in developing project documentation for marine- and subsea operation in areas such as Mooring IMR SURF Offshore Wind Subsea Construction and Decommissioning is highly desirable
- Fluency in English is required
Candidates with more than two years of relevant engineering experience are also encouraged to apply and will be considered for a Project Engineer role depending on experience.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager in Norway.
