Purpose

We are looking for a SeniorTreasury Analyst to join Worleys Corporate Group Treasury. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be a key Treasury partner in the Americas finance organization working across all regional business groups.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Treasury professional possessing a sound working knowledge of working capital principals and key treasury activities coming from a sophisticated Treasury environment. Key attributes of the successful applicant will be a keen attention to detail strong analytical communication and organizational skills; being comfortable working under pressure and adhering to tight deadlines and the ability to work in a dynamic global environment. Ability to respond quickly propose insightful solutions and work with multiple executive-level stakeholders across a global business is critical. Key stakeholders include; Location Finance Managers and Directors Regional Finance Directors Group Treasurer.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and commercial operations and location finance to identify and manage liquidity FX bonding and transactional banking risks for location projects and entities.

Work closely with Location Finance on the 13-week cash forecast

Ensure locations have sufficient liquidity to fund working capital commitments

Mobilize cash and cross border funding including loans and intercompany settlements while identifying and managing any associated FX and/or credit risks.

Facilitate the issuance of Letters of Credit Bank Guarantees and Surety Bonds.

Assist in establishing and ongoing management of local banking and financing facilities.

Provide assistance with all banking and treasury related requirements including keeping current with in-country banking legislative developments and strategies to manage / mitigate risk.

Implement Treasury strategies procedures and controls to ensure compliance with Group Treasury Risk Management Policy. Support in identifying and streamlining processes and procedures.

Assist in the management of banking relationships.

Contribute on project ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements.

Works effectively in a global team environment.

What you will bring


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Economics Accounting or related field. Preference for Post Graduate qualification

Demonstrated Treasury experience in a global Corporate environment more than 5 years

Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Advance proficiency in English is mandatory

Experience in bank platforms and systems.

Knowledge with Quantum TMS desirable.
