REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years of retail management experience in beauty FMCG or luxury environment; experience with beauty devices or skincare brands preferred.

• Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Knowledge of retail KPIs inventory and store operations.

• Genuine interest and appreciation for beauty technology and luxury retail trends.

• Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.

• Diploma or bachelors degree in business retail or relevant fields is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening/closing team management and adherence to company policies.

• Deliver and exceed retail sales targets through effective team leadership customer engagement and execution of corporate strategies.

• Recruit develop coach and motivate high-performing beauty advisors conducting regular training and performance reviews.

• Maintain high standards of customer service acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring all clients receive expert consultations on FAQ SwissTM and FOREO devices and skincare

• Execute visual merchandising guidelines and maintain cleanliness and appeal of the store.

• Manage inventory and stock control including ordering receiving and conducting regular cycle counts to minimize shrinkage.

• Analyze sales performance and submit relevant reports to HQ utilizing KPIs to constantly improve results.

• Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams for in-store activations new launches and promotional campaigns.

• Handle customer concerns inquiries and after-sales service with professionalism and brand care.

• Plan monthly staff rosters ensuring full coverage and efficient store management.

• Maintain compliance with Takashimaya and FOREO corporate standards and policies.

• May be required to support administrative task in the office from time to time.

• All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements
