About the Role
Experience in application or infrastructure support. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix commands log analysis and basic scripting (Shell/Python).
What You Will Do
Experience in application or infrastructure support.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix commands log analysis and basic scripting (Shell/Python).
Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow JIRA or Remedy.
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Dynatrace New Relic Grafana Nagios).
Understanding of web technologies APIs databases and networking basics.
Ability to read and understand application logs and correlate issues across multiple components.
Excellent communication incident management and documentationskills.
