Department: Courtyard East Med/Surg and Head Pain
Location: Chelsea MI
Pay: $38.77-52.32 per hour based upon licensed nursing experience

Position Purpose:
The Nurse Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to department nurse leadership. Assists with timekeeping scheduling data reporting/collection. They will function as the daily shift leader of the multidisciplinary team. Identifies and assists in resolution of problems related to safety sanitation and maintenance of the environment. Practices effective communication in all interactions (patient visitor co-worker etc.). Promotes a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork. Responsible for direct patient care of the hospitalized patients providing a safe and therapeutic environment.
Shift Available: Day Shift - Start time open to discussion during interview
Status Available: Full time benefit eligible (Flexibility for 64 to 72 hours per pay period every two weeks)
Required Qualifications
- Requires current Michigan Nursing License
- Graduation from accredited nursing program
- New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
- 2 years minimum experience as a RN on Med/Surg unit with demonstrated leadership skills
- BSN preferred
- Canadian Nurses are encouraged to apply
