Were looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC (Business Development Center) Service Agent to join our growing Service Department team. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule customer service appointments.
Confirm and coordinate service appointments for maintenance repairs and warranty/recall work.
Follow up with customers currently in service or recently serviced to ensure satisfaction and encourage positive Chevrolet survey and review participation.
Communicate recall information and proactively reach out to customers to schedule necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details in the dealership management system.
Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and excellent customer experiences.
Provide friendly professional and prompt customer interactions that reflect the Crossroads Chevrolet standard.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using computers phone systems and CRM/DMS software (training provided).
Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a positive and professional manner.
Previous call center dealership or customer service experience preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
