Job Summary:
The AGM - Sales & Operations will oversee day-to-day sales performance retail operations and customer experience across all channels. The role involves driving revenue growth streamlining operational efficiency and ensuring smooth coordination between sales production logistics and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Manage and support retail showrooms dealer networks and B2B accounts.

Oversee operational processes including inventory control delivery scheduling and service quality.

Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Skills:

8-12 years of experience in furniture retail or consumer durable industry.
