Job Summary

Job Summary:

The AGM - Sales & Operations will oversee day-to-day sales performance retail operations and customer experience across all channels. The role involves driving revenue growth streamlining operational efficiency and ensuring smooth coordination between sales production logistics and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Manage and support retail showrooms dealer networks and B2B accounts.

  • Oversee operational processes including inventory control delivery scheduling and service quality.

  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare periodic business reports.

  • Lead train and motivate sales and operations teams to maintain brand standards and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive initiatives for process improvement cost optimization and operational excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and customer service protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales Marketing or Operations Management.

  • 8-12 years of experience in furniture retail or consumer durable industry.

  • Strong leadership negotiation and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
