Job Description & Summary:

Seeking a dynamic Sales Senior Manager/Director with a strong background in the Metals & Mining sector specializing in structuring and selling large multi-competency deals. This role demands expertise in full-cycle business development and the orchestration of complex high-impact client engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales efforts by structuring and selling for Manufacturing sector.
  • Support in structuring and converting large deals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs formulate engagement plans and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead selected complex client engagements from inception to delivery ensuring impactful results and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients identifying opportunities for business expansion and cross-selling.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Strong sales acumen in the manufacturing sector.
  • Expertise in structuring and selling large deals.
  • Proven capabilities in full-cycle business development.

Preferred skill sets:

  • Knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with tools and methodologies used in large-scale project implementation.

Years of experience required: 12 years

Education qualification:

  • Bachelors degree/ Masters degree in Engineering
