Warehouse Operative

Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing of orders
• Check quantity and quality of goods
• Responsible for the movement of stock and deliveries
• To ensure all inbound and outbound goods are inspected within 24 hours.
• Ensure compliance with good environmental practices. Ensure security of people products and the facility.
• To assist with weekly stocktakes
• Use hand scanners for accurate and real time stock
• Responsible for general housekeeping.
• Any others reasonable tasks assigned to you by management

Requirements:

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

• Good communication
• Organised
• Good attitude to work
• Reliable
• Previous warehouse experience

• Forklift - we can provide this if you do not currently have this
• Banksman - we can provide this if you do not currently have this
• Overhead crane - we can provide this if you do not currently have this
• Manual handling training will be provided
