ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Goldsword Carpentry is seeking a motivated and reliable 2nd to 4th Year Apprentice Carpenter to join its small skilled team based in Bibra Lake. With a reputation for high-quality craftsmanship and a broad portfolio of renovation and building projects Goldsword Carpentry delivers tailored solutions across all aspects of carpentry and joinery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting with framing roofing and internal fit-outs
Supporting the installation of doors windows skirting boards and cabinetry
Preparing and maintaining tools materials and work areas
Reading and interpreting plans and measurements
Working alongside qualified tradespeople and subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with WHS standards on-site
Participating in clean-up and site preparation tasks
Learning and applying carpentry techniques under supervision

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Currently enrolled as a 2nd 3rd or 4th year apprentice in Carpentry & Joinery
Genuinely passionate about the building and construction industry
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Reliable punctual and eager to learn
Able to follow instructions and work independently when required
A strong communicator and team player
Committed to safety and quality workmanship
Holds a current White Card and drivers licence (preferred)
