The Role

Our client is offering the opportunity for an experience Services Engineer to take on this newly created role for the business.

As the Services Engineer your main areas of responsibility will include;

Coordinate services across the entire project portfolio (High-Rise Residential)
Assist in the review of service designs/design coordination
Document Control and management
Assist in the selection of services sub-contractors
Supervision of services throughout the project delivery life cycle
Understand drawings specifications programs or scope of works for each subcontractor package
Consult on project construction program and subcontractor deadlines

About You

A degree within the relevant field (Mechanical/Electrical/Hydraulic Engineering)
Prior experience working as a Services Engineer within a Head-Contractor environment on medium to high rise residential projects
Technical knowledge experience or understanding in the installation of building services across multidiscipline services - including Electrical Water Mechanical Hydraulics and Fire
Understanding the application of various rating tools including Greenstar
Solid analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills

The Benefits

There is a highly attractive package of up to $200k Super. Salary agreed will be based on level of experience.
