THE POSITION
Assist in preparing serving and presenting fresh delicious meals with care
Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times
Support kitchen operations including cleaning restocking and service setup
Operate the till and process transactions (where applicable)
Maintain high hygiene standards and follow Compass Group food safety practices
Work collaboratively with chefs catering teams and site managers to ensure smooth operations
THE PERSON
A reliable customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality
Minimum one year of kitchen or catering experience preferred
Organised adaptable and comfortable in busy environments
Holds or can obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
A strong team player who takes pride in their work and presentation
