The Role

We are seeking our first FP&A Manager to be the analytical backbone of our financial planning process driving insight clarity and strategy across the business. Youll work closely with leadership to forecast performance guide resource allocation and model the financial impact of key decisionsfrom hardware production and go-to-market strategy to content partnerships and platform growth. This is a high-visibility role that combines hands-on financial modeling with strategic partnership across sales marketing content supply chain operations and the executive team.

What Youll Do

• Execute the companys budgeting forecasting and long-range planning processes.
• Build dynamic financial models to support corporate finance demand planning product pricing and supply chain decisions.
• Partner with department heads to align financial goals with company strategy and develop comprehensive operating budgets.
• Analyze key performance metrics (e.g. unit economics customer acquisition costs lifetime value) and recommend data-driven actions.
• Provide scenario modeling for fundraising M&A or expansion opportunities.
• Develop and optimize management reporting packages that surface insights to the executive team and investors.
• Establish and improve financial systems processes and tools as the company scales.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
• 5 years of experience in FP&A investment banking or corporate financeideally in consumer electronics gaming or hardware.
• Strong proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g. Netsuite Adaptive Anaplan etc.) preferred.
• Excellent analytical communication and storytelling skillsyou can turn complex data into actionable insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable operating in a fast-moving ambiguous environment.
• Passion for gaming and emerging technology.
