Job Summary

Husqvarnas design department is growing and we are on thelookout a colleague to take on the role as Service Design Lead focusing on dealer and aftermarket user experience driving change at Husqvarna.

About you

As a Service Design Lead you are passionate about advocating for users and designing benchmark ecosystems. You have extensive experience in service and user experience design across digital and physical products. You are used to working in all the phases of product design.

  • Enjoy solving complex problems with a systems perspective.
  • Are a strong leader for both stakeholders and peers

  • Have strong communications skills including story telling
  • Have broad domain knowledge and experience driving change across complex ecosystems including dealer and service networks.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the experience in your ecosystem guiding colleagues and stakeholders towards a dealer-centered user experience.
  • Participate in key strategic projects as a service designer.
  • Drive user readiness and turn insights into solutions that improve both user experience and dealer efficiency.

What will you do

  • Advocate for the user and lead towards a user-centric way of working
  • Collaborate closely with dealers and aftermarket stakeholders to co-create solutions that add value across the service network.
  • Perform UX research and translate insights into seamless solutions
  • Coach colleagues and lead stakeholders towards a user-centric holistic experience.
  • Plan and moderate cross-functional workshops.

Location:

Stockholm Jonsered or Huskvarna.
