Job Summary
Degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes production systems and industrial workflows
Experience in process optimization digitalization initiatives or cross-functional project work
Ability to define operational requirements and translate them into functional specifications for digital tools
Familiarity with software-supported solutions in a manufacturing context (e.g. MES CAD/CAM PLM systems) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments (e.g. engineering production IT)
Fluent in English
Experience in onboarding or training team members is beneficial

Define use cases for manufacturing design and translate them into corresponding software functionalities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine functional and technical requirements
Contribute to the design testing and rollout of new software applications ensuring alignment with business requirements and user needs
Establish and maintain the necessary data foundation to support business processes and software functionalities
Analyze and define required changes or updates to existing business processes (e.g. FLP) to enable successful software integration
Manage the implementation of new software solutions including configuration data migration and user enablement
Monitor software performance and gather user feedback to continuously improve functionality and usability
Drive customer projects by providing technical expertise and ensuring solution fit
Facilitate onboarding and provide training for new employees to ensure effective use of tools and processes
