Job Summary

Job Title: Cybersecurity Technician

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (23x office days per week)

Overview / Summary:

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Technician to monitor detect and respond to security threats. This role focuses on managing security tools analyzing events and supporting the SOC to ensure a secure IT environment.

The ideal profissional has hands-on experience with SIEM EDR IAM and vulnerability management with a strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Monitor security events using SIEM tools (Splunk QRadar) and respond to incidents.
Manage and configure endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
Support identity and access management (IAM) processes.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist in mitigation efforts.
Collaborate with the SOC and IT teams to maintain a secure environment.
Prepare reports and documentation on security incidents and activities.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

2 years of experience in Cybersecurity roles.
Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk or QRadar.
Experience with EDR IAM and vulnerability management.
Knowledge of SOC operations and cybersecurity best practices.
English: B2
