The position involves identifying growth opportunities overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring the fulfillment of commercial technical and operational requirements. The Key Account Manager collaborates closely with internal teams such as manufacturing supply chain planning quality and finance to secure high service levels on-time delivery and consistent customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong business acumen the ability to interpret customer data and a proactive approach to developing solutions that support the companys growth strategy. The Key Account Manager also prepares executive reports leads business reviews with clients and manages KPIs related to sales performance forecasting fill rate OTIF and service.
Requirements
58 years of proven experience in commercial or Key Account Management roles.
Background in packaging plastics food & beverage automotive pharmaceutical or high-volume manufacturing industries.
Experience managing large clients (e.g. Walmart Coca-Cola Nestlé Unilever P&G preferred).
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes materials and logistics.
Excellent negotiation and financial analysis skills.
Intermediateadvanced English.
Advanced Excel and CRM experience.
Strong communication analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities.
