Job Summary

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing developing and expanding key strategic accounts within the organizations client portfolio. This role requires a strong commercial mindset analytical capabilities and the ability to build long-term relationships with high-volume customers in the packaging and manufacturing sectors.

The position involves identifying growth opportunities overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring the fulfillment of commercial technical and operational requirements. The Key Account Manager collaborates closely with internal teams such as manufacturing supply chain planning quality and finance to secure high service levels on-time delivery and consistent customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong business acumen the ability to interpret customer data and a proactive approach to developing solutions that support the companys growth strategy. The Key Account Manager also prepares executive reports leads business reviews with clients and manages KPIs related to sales performance forecasting fill rate OTIF and service.



Requirements

  • 58 years of proven experience in commercial or Key Account Management roles.

  • Background in packaging plastics food & beverage automotive pharmaceutical or high-volume manufacturing industries.

  • Experience managing large clients (e.g. Walmart Coca-Cola Nestlé Unilever P&G preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes materials and logistics.

  • Excellent negotiation and financial analysis skills.

  • Intermediateadvanced English.

  • Advanced Excel and CRM experience.

  • Strong communication analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage pressure and multiple priorities.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement process optimization and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
