Job Summary

executive is responsible for managing and overseeing a companys information technology systems infrastructure and staff to align with business goals. Key duties include developing and implementing IT strategies managing IT budgets ensuring data security leading technology projects and overseeing the IT team. A strong candidate will have a relevant bachelors degree experience in IT management and skills in cybersecurity project management and leadership.

Key responsibilities

Strategic planning: Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the companys overall business objectives.

Budget and resource management: Oversee the IT budget and allocate resources effectively for projects and daily operations.

Security and compliance: Ensure the security integrity and protection of IT systems and sensitive data and maintain regulatory compliance.

Project leadership: Lead and manage IT projects including system upgrades implementations and migrations.

Team management: Build lead and mentor the IT team to ensure high performance and productivity.

Vendor management: Foster and manage relationships with technology vendors and partners.

Technical oversight: Oversee the day-to-day IT operations including network infrastructure software applications and hardware maintenance.

Innovation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to improve business efficiency and productivity.

Required qualifications and skills

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is typically required.

Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.

Technical skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure network administration cybersecurity and cloud computing (e.g. AWS Azure).

Project management: Experience in managing and implementing IT projects.

Leadership: Excellent leadership communication and team-management skills.

Problem-solving: Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
