Responsibilities:

Counsel students on training programs and career opportunities.
Manage admissions documentation and follow-ups with leads.
Source and screen candidates via job portals.
Conduct short telephonic interviews and maintain candidate databases.
Coordinate with broking partners for placement activities.
Use CRM tools to track progress and communication.
Share brochures and manage daily outreach via WhatsApp.
