• 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of flooring products materials and trends
• Customer-first mindset with exceptional communication and follow-through
• Goal-oriented self-motivated and organized approach to sales
• Comfort with technology (CRM quoting scheduling tools)
