Resilience is seeking an extraordinary Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer. This position is part of the Information Security team which defends Resiliences network and its SaaS platform. Ideal candidates will have experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Access Management (AM) Privileged Access Management (PAM) and security operations.

The Senior IAM Engineer is the subject matter expert responsible for solution design policy development testing and rollout and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and improve the security of Identity Providers such as Okta and Google Workspace
Maintain and improve employee onboarding and offboarding workflows
Improve Zero Trust Architecture and integrate IAM with Data Security Posture Management initiatives
Enable the Information Security organization to detect authentication anomalies and respond to events both internal and on-platform
Enhance Resiliences Role Based Access Controls
Enhance automation of access reviews
Participate in incident response as required
Lead the implementation of a Privileged Access Management system
Develop and improve policies both technical and written for secure identity management across Resiliences networks
Ensure organizational compliance with standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001

Qualification:

Strong experience with Google Workspace and Okta in MacOS environments
Experience with Privileged Access Management
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Cybersecurity or a related field
5 years of experience in information security
Certifications such as CISSP CISM or CISA are highly desirable.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Entra ID Google Cloud and M365
Experience securing Generative AI Technologies
Experience collaborating with and enabling security operations teams
Expertise in governance risk and compliance (GRC) tools and platforms.

$150000 - $175000 a year
