Duties and Responsibilities
To prepare and deliver a variety of age-appropriate kindergarten lessons to students ranging from 2 -6 years old.
To develop the curriculum using the Early Learning and Development Guidelines for Children Aged 3 to 6 Years and the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
Liaise with Heads of Grade in terms of teaching plans.
Contribute to the organisation and delivery of events and other curriculum enrichment activities.
To prepare pupil reports as required and ensure positive liaison with parents.
To respond timeously to requests from parents in relation to their childs progress and deal with any issues brought up by parents with acknowledgement of the concern on same working day and action as soon as possible thereafter.
To keep appropriate records of pupils progress wellbeing health emotional problems achievements and conduct; regularly to check pupil planning and work schedules to provide such reports and references as may be reasonably required
To actively contribute to the Schools Co-Curricular Programme.
To participate in an annual review of pupils performance and development as a tutor and to ensure that he/she keeps a record of his/her professional development and maintain discipline in the manner agreed and set out in the policy.
To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service in the school.

About you
Bachelors degree in education or subject related field.
At least 2 years teaching experience in the early years or primary age range.
Demonstrated interest in child development and optimism for students ability to learn and grow
Ability to learn and apply local Chinese educational standards as well as new technologies
An interest in and commitment to diversity equity and inclusion
Ability to collaborate establish rapport and communicate in a dual language immersion environment.
