Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections.
We are currently seeking a full timeRegistered Nurseto join our team at MartinCorrectional Institution located in Indiantown Florida.
The Registered Nurse (RN) (Mental Health) is responsible for providing nursing care to incarcerated patients including conducting health assessments administering medications and treatments providing patient education documenting care and coordinating with other members of the interdisciplinary team. The RN works closely with doctors behavioral health professionals and correctional staff to ensure patients have access to quality healthcare services while incarcerated participating in and leading group classes for incarcerated patients as needed. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm
Qualifications
Associates degree required
Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
