Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes work closely with a multidisciplinary team and ensure that all care provided meets regulatory and agency standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and update care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all state federal and agency regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferably in home health or a similar setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 2 Background Screening
- Compassionate patient-focused and detail-oriented.
