Job Summary

Responsibilities

Sr IT Project Management Specialist for Honeywell International Charlotte NC

Responsibilities:

Provide IT infrastructure project management expertise in the development of IT strategy and assure effective delivery of multiple complex projects within Honeywell IT ensuring both schedule and budget fidelity.
Partner across Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) to foster a one Honeywell approach and enable effective cross-Honeywell leverage of tools and technology.
Work with IT Business Partners during the feasibility and strategy phase of a potential project to assist the drive of overall IT strategy scenarios cost and timeline estimates.
Develop and deploy standard solutions across the IT portfolio ensuring reuse of best-inclass solutions and adhering to a common process model throughout. Negotiate for financial physical or human resources to support multiple projects (within and across organizational boundaries).
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects assigned.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

Qualified applicants must have a Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in IT Finance Business Administration Communications or a related field and 5 years of project management skills managing complex global IT infrastructure projects consolidations and data center migrations.
Full term of experience must include: leading a geographically distributed team; solid experience with IT infrastructure projects with exposure to latest industry trends around digital transformation cloud technologies data centers etc.; proven skills and ability to successfully manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously; and project management tools experience finance procurement and budget management resource management project schedule development and management risk mitigation skills.
Up to 5%-10% domestic and international travel required.
Telecommuting is permitted up to two (2) times per week.
