Glaucoma Ophthalmologist - $150000-$200000 Sign-on Bonus Equity Share! - Montgomery AL

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Montgomery Alabama!

Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care!

We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Practice Details:

Strong surgical volume: 400-1000 procedures annually
Updated technology and robust support
MDs supported with at least 1 tech and scribe as volume builds
Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative growth-oriented group for new grads!
Low turnover rate (4%)
Average 30-40 patients/day
Support of ODs!
Call shared equally among MDs and ODs
Collegial group with strong collaboration!

Compensation Benefits!

Relocation Assistance available
$150000-$200000 Sign-on Bonus
Partnership eligibility within 12 months for experienced MDs (up to $400K buy-in)
Equity grants available for hard-to-fill markets (up to $100K in stock Day 1)
Salary based on experience with two models:
Base Production (30% past 3x Base in Collections)
Straight % of Net Collections (with 1-year Base guarantee)
401k with 4% match (after 12 months)
Medical / Dental / Vision (United Healthcare)
Paid Malpractice
Short-term & Long-term Disability
15-25 PTO days (vacation/sick/CE) 5-7 paid holidays
CME allowance $1500-$2500 annually

Schedule

Full-time 5 days/week (some offices may offer a 4-day option)
