We are looking for a Service Coordinator (Weekend) to oversee operational delivery during weekend possessions across the TfL network. Working alongside the Duty Engineer youll coordinate the delivery of planned maintenance and reactive works ensuring that weekend resources are effectively managed and jobs are completed to a high standard.
Youll act as the link between weekday and weekend teams ensuring a seamless transition and consistent service delivery.
Hours: Saturday and Sunday 9am - 9pm (12 hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend works in collaboration with the Duty Engineer.
- Monitor work progress respond to live operational issues and manage communications between teams.
- Ensure full compliance with safety procedures and client standards.
- Deliver thorough handovers back to weekday operations on completion.
- Record and report all weekend activities ensuring system updates are complete
- Review weekday handovers and prepare weekend resource plans.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in a coordination or scheduling role (rail utilities or drainage preferred).
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple live tasks. Understanding of rail infrastructure and operational procedures is desirable.
- Calm and professional under pressure.
- Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
