Job Summary
As a Service & Repair Technician IV here at Honeywell you will lead and oversee the organizations repair and overhaul maintenance operations ensuring seamless execution and compliance with industry standards and regulations. With a strategic mindset you will develop and implement comprehensive repair and overhaul strategies policies and procedures optimizing budget and resources.
In this role you will impact the organization by fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams providing technical guidance to the maintenance team and continuously monitoring performance metrics for process enhancement. Your proven experience in a leadership role within the field coupled with a strong educational background in engineering will be crucial as you drive the team towards excellence safety and quality.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of equipment
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical guidance
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through quality repairs and timely service
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 years experience in repair and overhaul maintenance
- Strong knowledge of repair and overhaul processes and methodologies
- Experience with maintenance management systems and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
- Strong focus on safety and quality
