Technical Service Engineer现场服务工程师
Location: 重庆住在綦江/万盛镇附近的优先考虑
The Role
结合公司的战略政策为客户提供有效的售后服务和售前支持来满足客户的技术需求保证设备稳定运行和客户满意度积极推动区域内售后服务收入如消耗品服务及零备件等的可持续增长
What you will do:
- 在特定领域内执行下列职责
- 现场售前支持
- 在现场设备的安装以及最终用户培训
- 定期上门预防性维护保养
- 现场故障排除和维修设备以及软硬件的升级
- 全面负责区域内耗材服务的收入包括消耗品备件和服务赢回
- 负责区域内服务合同的新签和续签
- 促进和教育顾客对马肯依玛士产品的规范操作包括安全环保和质量. 保持良好的客户关系以达到最大客户满意度
- 根据客户类别和客户需求的紧急程度做好计划安排并确保服务前的准备工作
- 正确完整地填写服务报表以及与服务活动相关的报告并向直接上级或有关内外部客户及时提交
- 积极跟进应收账款与直接主管沟通; 并与客户进行谈判直到AR解决
- 妥善跟踪处理客户询价报价事宜
- 确保公司提供的设备如工具手机电脑车辆技术文档等要完整并保持良好的运作状态
- 积极参与持续改进计划确保及时的将产品质量缺陷等向公司反馈
- 遵守公司的政策即信息通信技术政策ICT员工手册安全和车间5S在客户工厂内遵守客户的政策和法规
- 执行其他有关职责的直接上级或管理部的分配工作
What you need to have:
- 专科/本科机械或电子相关的学历背景
- 2-4年的相关领域的服务经验快速消费品电子和机械类优先
- 具有电气基本知识或电子气动液压和机械系统理论和解决能力 诊断并提供解决问题的办法在非标准化情况下具有创新理念并能独立地解决问题
- 具备较好的人际和客户关系管理技能与客户发生冲突时可以通过不同方式有技巧的沟通和谈判
- 独立主动地完成工作
- 具有基本的电脑知识并能熟练的使用日常处理软件如WordExcel等
- 具备较强的抗压能力
- 良好的中文口头和书面表达能力基本的英语读写能力能够较好地理解技术手册及文件
- 愿意并能够随时在指定的服务区域出差必要时能到中国境内的非指定区域出差和提供其他服务
- 自觉学习灵活应用积极进取团队精神并致力于落实公司的核心价值观代表公司专业形象推动客户和供应商的信任
- 具有较强的商务谈判能力和业务敏锐度的优先考虑
