The Role:
An exciting newly created position has arisen in our design team to support our Product Developers/Fashion Designers as a Production Assistant.
In this role you will act in a critical support role liaising with our suppliers and having responsibility for ensuring our beautiful product moves efficiently through our critical path to the end customer. Working cross functionally across departments - you will be the go to for all things suppliers samples and assisting the team more widely with a range of tasks where no 2 days will ever be the same!

Day to day you will:
- Build relationships with suppliers and manage supplier monthly meetings
- Track/manage sample development deliveries to ensure that everything is on-time according to Critical Path using WFX/Excel Pivot Table
- Negotiating cost prices to ensure we achieve budget margin % using fit notes & record in WFX referring to supplier history
- Update and ensure details of each style attributions are correct in WFX
- Ensure WFX (PLM) is kept up to date and tidy by GTs/PD/Design
- Help set RRPs alongside Product Developers/Design Manager to ensure a balanced pricing architecture across the categories
- Prepare samples and cost prices for fits/buy meetings
- Prepare the Line List from WFX (our system) for each buy
- Track factory allocation for each style/collection to ensure we have a balance
Who are you
- Good excel/google sheets skills
- Passion for fashion! You may have a fashion qualification - though this is preferred it isnt essential
- Prior experience working in an office environment
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with a can-do attitude and positive disposition
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
