Description

As an Engineering Support Specialist IIhere at Honeywell you will be a key contributor to our engineering team providing day-to-day operational support to drive the success of our program activities. You will report directly to ourEngineering Managerand youll work out of ourPhoenix AZlocation on aHybridwork schedule.

In this role you will impact the success of our engineering support operations by assisting with the successful completion of projects enhancing support efficiency and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with a team of engineers to execute programs.
  • Provide assistance of managing program financial data and schedule information to the team.
  • Help with cross-functional team communication to execute project plans.
  • Assist with successful completion of projects within budget and scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics.
  • 2 years of experience in engineering or technical support.
  • Proven track record of providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams.

The annual base salary range for this position is $74900 - $93450. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
