Personal Injury Solicitor / CILEX - Various locations in East Anglia with hybrid working
Client
A full-service Legal 500 regional law firm
Role
- Progressing a mixed caseload of Multi-Track RTA EL and PL cases from start to conclusion
- Client liaison and meetings
- Meeting witnesses and preparing statements
- Taking instructions and advising clients on all aspects of their cases
- Drafting Schedules of Loss and other pleadings/legal documents
- 4 years PQE Solicitor orChartered Legal Executive(FILEx)
- Client focused
- Have the ability to deal professionally efficiently and effectively with bereaved / injured clients
- Proactive with good communication and IT skills
- Experience of Multi-Track cases would be an advantage
