We are currently seeking a full-timeDirector of Nursingto join our team atHancock State Prisonlocated inSparta GA.

Shift:

Monday- Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM No weekends or holidays

Salary:

$103K

Qualifications

TheDirector of Nursingis responsible for providing clinical educational and professional supervision for nursing and support staff in the correctional environment. Works under the direction of the contract manager and collaborates with mental health/medical leadership and other members of the multidisciplinary team to improve health care of incarcerated patients.

Position requirements:

Associates degree required
Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
