The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services Team:

RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Principal Analyst to support the management and optimization of contract processes across all stages of the contract lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams utilizing contract management tools and ensuring agreements align with organizational objectives. The position also includes conducting analyses preparing summaries and contributing to various projects as needed.

What You Will Do:

• Developing and/or maintaining contract management processes and procedures to ensure timely and efficient contract management workflow including support of all stages of the contract lifecycle including the intake process to the final storage of the contract documents.
• This will include contract review and amendments assisting with workflow management (ensuring accuracy and completeness of data) Docusign and PO request process and associated contract management tools (e.g. ARIBA PowerBI Sharepoint OneTrust Archer).
• Support the review draft and revision of a variety of contracts including NDAs software licenses maintenance and support professional services and master agreements in accordance with internal requirements to ensure these documents properly reflect corporate objectives.
• Perform analysis and prepare deal summaries to ensure that agreements are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Legal Finance Global Trade and Cyber to align contract terms with company objectives.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree 9 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft data management visualization and presentation applications such as SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) SharePoint PowerBI Excel PowerPoint and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba upstream solutions (e.g. Contracts Sourcing etc..) is highly desired.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand and perform contract redlines.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
