DescriptionHoneywell Building Automation is seeking a dynamic and strategicDirector of Sales Training & Customer Enablementto lead the development and execution of world-class sales enablement programs. This role is critical to driving sales effectiveness accelerating ramp-up time and ensuring our sales teams are equipped to deliver value-based solutions across our portfolio of building automation technologies.
This role will sit in Atlanta GA and work on a hybrid work schedule.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Sales Enablement Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training strategy aligned with business goals market trends and Honeywells customer-centric approach. - Curriculum Development:
Design and deliver scalable training programs including onboarding product training solution selling consultative sales and vertical-specific enablement. - Performance Optimization:
Partner with Sales Excellence Product Management and Marketing to identify performance gaps and create targeted interventions to improve win rates and quota attainment. - Technology Integration:
Leverage digital platforms (e.g. LMS CRM sales enablement tools) to deliver engaging data-driven learning experiences. - Leadership:
Lead by influence to execute training programs globally ensuring consistency and quality across regions. - Metrics & Reporting:
Define KPIs and regularly report on training effectiveness sales productivity and ROI to senior leadership.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:
- 10 years of experience in sales training enablement or sales leadership within the building automation industry
- 5 years of experience in Building Management Systems Building Automation Fire detection access control or security.
- Proven success in designing and scaling global sales training programs
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies (e.g. Challenger Cracking the Sales Management Code Strategic Account Management SPIN MEDDIC)
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with LMS platforms CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
