Job Summary
As an intermediate consultant with the Oracle Health Configuration Center you will play a key role in configuring the Oracle Health Patient Accounting and Scheduling Management systems for external client projects. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure that systems are configured to meet project needs providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Configure Oracle Health Patient Accounting and Scheduling Management systems for external client implementations.
- Assist in the preparation and structuring of data for system configuration.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to communicate configuration status project timelines and updates ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Verify configuration requests and escalate any issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Balance configuration ownership across multiple clients ensuring high standards and adherence to project deadlines.
- Independently complete complex system configurations and contribute to process improvements across projects.
- Document work thoroughly and ensure that all processes are well-maintained using preferred tools and platforms.
- Act as an escalation point for complex configuration issues delivering resolutions and driving problem-solving efforts.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Configuration Analysts offering coaching mentoring and training where necessary.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and efficiency.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53000 to $126100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
