In the Strategic Partnerships and Technology Alliances position you will play a key role in driving our partner ecosystem strategy across three critical domains. Youll take ownership of Service Partner relationships ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual growth parallel youll manage our Technology Alliance partnerships fostering strategic relationships that enhance our product offerings. Additionally youll spearhead the Product Management of Technology Alliance integrations transforming partner solutions into productized offerings that deliver value to our customers. This dynamic position requires a unique blend of technical acumen relationship management skills and product development expertise to successfully bridge the gap between partners products and market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Guide roadmap of the Technology Alliance Integrations that are to be productized and create specifications.
- Identifying both service partners and technology alliances that fit the strategic direction of Blue Mountain and BMRAM.
- Responsible for the entire life cycle of these initiatives including the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and sales readiness aspects.
- Own the Integration Framework market size customer and competitor intelligence and prioritization
- Develop short and longrange strategies that optimize the customers needs through solutions to
- business objectives that involve technical alliances and service partnerships.
- Participate in the identification and assessment of potential new technology alliances service partners and Merger & Acquisition partners.
- Develop relationships and closing targeted partners. Onboard them and manage the partner relationships moving forward. Evaluate the effectiveness of the partnership.
- Work with the Partner BM Sales and BM Leadership to develop the positioning and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Ensure support during technical meetings workshops product presentations.
- Serve as an SME for industrial industry market needs and application capabilities.
- Leverage your technical expertise to craft compelling solutions collaborating with clients to
- understand their needs and presenting tailored solutions that drive business success.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the companys products and services staying informed
- about industry trends and advancements to enhance the quality of sales engagements.
- Work closely with and serve as a liaison between the internal teams including product marketing product development and sales to ensure
- seamless communication and alignment between client needs and our solution capabilities.
- Stay abreast of market trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies to provide
- valuable insights that contribute to developing competitive and innovative solutions.
- Gather feedback from clients and the sales team to continuously improve and refine partner strategies ensuring adaptability to evolving market demands.
- Participate in monthly planning and retrospective meetings to ensure alignment with strategic goals and product roadmap.
- Ensure key company stakeholders are fully informed of status and priorities.
- Gather feedback and suggestions from customers regarding needs and translate into roadmap priorities.
- Participate in frequent virtual collaboration and occasional in-person collaboration
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in initiating and leading consultative network projects and initiatives.
- Strong project management skills including scope schedule and cost management.
- Demonstrated passion for technology networking and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent situational leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
