Job Summary

A logistics company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to handle client invoicing communication and relationship management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented customer-focused and eager to improve existing processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and sending monthly customer invoices

  • Resolving billing discrepancies and answering related questions

  • Following up on open balances and payments

  • Managing ongoing client communication and requests

  • Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships

  • Identifying opportunities to improve billing and communication processes

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

  • Experience in billing invoicing or account management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software

  • Customer-service-driven with a proactive mindset

Salary: $60k /Year
