Job Summary

Responsibilities Include:

Creating and sending monthly customer invoices
Resolving billing discrepancies and answering related questions
Following up on open balances and payments
Managing ongoing client communication and requests
Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
Identifying opportunities to improve billing and communication processes

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
