The Transparency International Secretariat (TI-S) is seeking a full-time Policy Advisor (m/f/d) to join the Policy & Advocacy Team to provide anti-corruption advisory policy services to development practitioners. Please note that this role is expected to begin in early 2026 and the opening is still subject to funding being confirmed.
The Policy and Advocacy Team leads the organisations development of policy and advocacy positions representation of Transparency International at international fora and towards key stakeholders and cooperation with TI National chapters on shared global thematic priorities. This position is envisioned to provide expert technical guidance and will not be actively involved in advocacy efforts.
The Policy Advisor on Development Investments will guide and provide advisory services to development practitioners to support them to integrate uphold and monitor anti-corruption measures in their operations. This will involve providing expert technical guidance on anti-corruption measures to help practitioners ensure that development assistance is used with integrity reaches the right beneficiaries and does no harm.
Role Purpose: The Policy Advisor will provide expert advisory services to selected stakeholders and lead the development of policy guidance knowledge and training materials on corruption prevention in key development investment sectors. Team: Policy and Advocacy Team Reporting Line: SO1 Sub-team lead.
