A bit about the role
- Provide support to the Good Causes Lead helping to establish a team that provides an agency like resource delivering stories and examples of the impact of National Lottery funding.
- Own the day-to-day delivery of good causes requests for the business.
What youll be doing
- Establish a process for the management delivery and reporting of BAU good causes requests from across the business.
- Establish and develop strong account management skills working with key departments within Allwyn (Internal Comms Social Media Content Marketing Brand)
- Support the Good Causes Lead with funding distributor relationship management.
- Own the request management tracker to ensure all requests are delivered in a timely manner and provide monthly report
- Play a key role in researching and identifying illustrative examples of TNL funded projects to feature in ABP campaigns and events
- Develop excellent knowledge of National Lottery funding and data reporting using existing funding database case study database and Distributor information.
- Ensure all requests are managed through the good causes tracker for monthly reporting
- Support the Good Causes Lead on project delivery as required.
What experience were looking for
- An interest in National Lottery funding and the impact on good causes.
- A passion for people and storytelling.
- Experienced at constructing clear reports data analysis and database management
- Excellent writing/ storytelling skills
- Involvement in meetings with key internal and external stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skills the ability to build and manage relationships.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellentorganisational and project management skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages including Word PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and externalstakeholders as well as participants.
