Job Title: CVOR Surgical Technologist
Location: Minneapolis MN (55407)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day (6:45 AM 3:15 PM) Mid (2:45 PM 11:15 PM)
Local Pay:Up to $2400/week

Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to assist in complex cardiac and vascular surgeries in a fast-paced high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate will ensure sterile technique anticipate surgeon needs and support the surgical team through all phases of procedures.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain sterile fields for cardiac and vascular procedures.
Assist surgeons with instrumentation retraction and hemostasis.
Anticipate surgical team needs during critical phases.
Verify prepare and manage instruments and supplies.
Collaborate with surgeons perfusionists anesthesia and nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with infection control and hospital standards.

Experience Required:

Hands-on experience with CABG (on/off pump) valve replacements (AVR/MVRR/TVRR) aortic aneurysm/dissection LVAD heart transplant and minimally invasive valve surgeries.
Skilled in vascular procedures including AAA repair EVAR/TEVAR carotid endarterectomy fem-pop bypass TAVR VAD procedures and ECMO support.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
CST certification preferred.
2 years recent CVOR experience required.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments procedures and sterile technique.
