What this job involves:

The Regional Administrator serves as a dedicated facility coordination specialist supporting JLLs Center of Excellence for data and performance analytics within Integrated Facility Management. This role drives operational excellence by managing comprehensive facility operations vendor relationships and financial processes while serving as a subject matter expert for COE technology platforms and processes. Youll be instrumental in ensuring seamless facility operations across multiple regions while maintaining the highest standards of client service and contributing to strategic cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives that directly impact JLLs operational success.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Managing comprehensive work order processes in Corrigo including verification due date extensions child work order creation and resolution of flagged items for Site Operations Teams

Processing inbound work orders from building occupants dispatching service requests to qualified vendors and confirming vendor acceptance and completion while maintaining closed-loop communication

Executing vendor management functions including invoice follow-up timely work order closure and performance monitoring while serving as the primary point of contact based on Corrigo data

Supporting COE account initiatives through adherence to standard processes financial budget management forecasting support and active vendor compliance oversight

Functioning as data subject matter expert and primary liaison for Regional Directors and Territory Managers across Facilities Management Business Intelligence Sourcing and Finance operations

Collaborating with Regional Directors to monitor safety improvements quality enhancements and cost reduction initiatives through best practice deployment and process optimization

Developing strategic relationships with local stakeholders to understand regional employee experience drivers and operational requirements while ensuring standardized service delivery

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Facilities Management Operations Management or related field

3-5 years of experience in facilities management operations coordination or administrative support roles

Solid understanding of facilities maintenance terminology and technical concepts

Proficiency across multiple information technology platforms and tools

Working knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and critical facility operations

Experience with vendor management principles for specialized services

Demonstrated ability to maintain client KPI expectations and manage multiple operational processes simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced expertise in local occupational health and safety regulations and critical facility systems

Advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables V-lookups and data visualization through charts and graphs

CMMS experience with Corrigo platform

Facilities management property management or building operations experience

Background in process improvement data analysis or performance management roles

Demonstrated experience supporting strategic initiatives and process improvement across multiple regional operations

Experience with specialized service vendor management and compliance oversight

Location: Dallas TX

Shift: Shift: 1st

Days: Monday Friday

Start Time: 7 AM 8 AM (can be either 7 7:30 or 8 AM)

End Time: 4 PM 5 PM (can be either 4 4:30 or 5 depending on start time)

Estimated compensation for this position is: $36 -$38 /hour
