Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity
Split Between Two Vibrant Communities (West Dundee & Elgin)

Were looking for our next employee-owner to join a collaborative upbeat rehab team supporting two welcoming senior-living communities:
West Dundee Mondays Wednesdays Fridays
Elgin Tuesdays & Thursdays
This split schedule gives you variety strong relationships with two teams and a steady caseload you can truly influence.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do (and Love)
As a PT youll:
Set meaningful goals and deliver purposeful patient-centered treatment
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that actually listens
Partner with and supervise PTAs who value your leadership
Help your patients reclaim strength function and confidence
Enjoy the stability of two consistent locations without the chaos of constant travel

Qualifications
What You Need
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid or pending state PT license (new grads welcome!)
Experience in rehab acute care or long-term care is helpful but not required we love to grow our team from within
