Job Summary
THIS IS A CONTRACT TO POSSIBLE HIRE OPPORTUNITY!
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will play a key role in leading a team of developers while also being hands-on in developing and deploying a scalable web application. This role requires expertise in React (Ant Design framework) Python FastAPI BigQuery and Docker with deployments in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can make decisions resolve complex issues and mentor a team of engineers. You will be responsible for designing APIs defining data architecture and ensuring high-performance applications that scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and high performance.
- Full Stack Development: Design and build user interfaces using React (Ant Design) and develop robust back-end services with Python and FastAPI.
- Database & Analytics: Work with BigQuery to handle large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure high code quality through code reviews testing and adherence to software development best practices.
- Issue Resolution & Decision-Making: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues making informed decisions to keep the team moving forward.
- Agile Execution: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders in an agile development environment.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Strong experience with React particularly with the Ant Design framework.
- Proficient in Python and FastAPI for backend development.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing APIs and data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) particularly BigQuery for data analytics.
- Strong decision-making skills in technical architecture design patterns and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments.
- Familiarity with authentication and security best practices in API design.
- Understanding of cloud-native application development.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
